Finally, we are getting ginger beer back to its ROOTS! Hawaii grown and Montana made, our ginger beer or “GINGER BUG” is made with raw, local honey and fresh organic ginger.

What is a Ginger Bug you may ask!? A ginger bug is similar to our jun-kombucha SCOBY. The SCOBY is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. This is what creates all of the wonderful and beneficial probiotic properties in our ginger beer. We never use processed cane sugar, only fresh honey!

Our ginger beer must be refrigerated at all times as it is fully ALIVE and full of pre & probiotic cultures!
